In order to help you deal with the under 18.5' problem, this kit contains about all you may need: a Miller Scorpion PFL-2 9' SRL w/carabiner, a 1003000 3' Anchor Sling, a Miller T4000-U Harness, and a 521 Heavy Duty Tool Bag.
