The following are some basic instructions about our site:
- To receive any eligible discounts, you must have cookies turned on in your browser (normally they are) and depending on the type of discount, you must also physically login.
- Just click "Order Now" to add an item to your shopping cart.
- You can change the quantities, delete basket items, or clear your basket at any time.
- We offer both an online and offline ordering option for your convenience. Use the offline feature for PO submissions if you have a billing account set up with us.
- Registering as a user will make your shopping experience easier because you won't have to enter all your address info every time you order.
- We do not have a minimum order!
- If you have a question about if an item is sold by the pair, dozen, each, etc., simply look where it says Priced & Sold By for your answer.
- In some cases, part numbers to products with more than one option are not readily noticeable. The easiest way to determine the part numbers is to click on the "Printer Friendly" link which is found on the "more info" page of a product. This will list them next to its associated price.
