This device is for raising/lowering equipment into manholes and can be used for the rescue of individuals.

The heavy gauge aluminum guard cordons off manhole from outsiders. The lift has a 300lb capacity & has a safety factor of 3 to 1. The lift also features a double disc brake & 36' x 1/2" rope.
